A 1992 graduate of Louisiana Tech with a degree in Professional Aviation, Snell established Starlight Flight to offer a safe, affordable, and extraordinary way to celebrate special occasions from the sky. We maintain a 100% FLAWLESS safety record to date!
In 2012, Starlight Flight worked closely with the FAA at Dallas Love Field to develop the first-ever set of procedures for safe, local aerial tour operations. As a result, we became the first scenic flight operator to receive an FAA-Approved Letter of Authorization (LOA) for conducting tours.

We adhere to strict Department of Transportation drug and alcohol testing regulations. All mechanics must be on the same drug/alcohol testing program.
